I worked with Linda Ranostaj of Whitaker IT, and the experience was like no other. She went above and beyond, coaching and preparing me every step of the way in the interview process. As a professional, busy with the day to day responsibilities, one can forget to think about their future. Unfortunately, I had fallen into a routine pattern without realizing it. I met Karen when I was asked by a friend to be a reference. During that first conversation with her, I was intrigued how quickly that reference check turned into my future. I can honestly say a career change was not on my radar, until Karen brought my own potential out into the open. Since then she has shared every exciting step and navigated me through the hiring process. She has been an advocate in this unfamiliar territory whether it be negotiating or giving reassurance of the skills and talents I possess. Karen is passionate and shares in the enjoyment of all great news and offers. Having her there to talk through the career change reality, offering her pros and cons from experiences of other professionals, and reminders that she is there to support and find you a position to flourish in allowed me to relax and focus on my goals. I wanted to send you a note to thank you. You are the best recruiter, or staffing consultant, I’ve worked with over the last year, and it’s not just because you were able to connect me with a great job. Even before you submitted me to the company, I thought you were doing an awesome job. I felt like I had a great proponent working hard to find me a job, and it was reassuring to know you were working to find me a job. I can’t say that I really got that feeling from any of the other recruiters I’ve worked with, and none of them were as diligent in searching for opportunities. So, thank you, for everything.

I have known Linda for several years and have consistently been impressed with her recruitment and communication skills.
