Jessica Tighe’s passion for helping people began in college as she pursued her degree in Hospitality from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!). She began her IT recruiting career in 2020 with a national staffing firm focused on the Washington, DC area. In early 2024, Jessica joined Whitaker IT to strengthen her recruiting and staffing sales skills, further expanding her ability to connect top-tier IT professionals with exceptional opportunities serving a network nationwide.
Her dedication and impact in the industry were quickly recognized, earning her the Rookie of the Year award for 2024.
Continuously networking with top-tier candidates throughout the IT industry, Jessica offers candid, professional advice on every phase of the hiring process, from effective skills marketing to networking and negotiating employment terms.
