About Me
With a background in Life Coaching, Nikki has spent her career developing collaborative relationships with clients and supporting them in designing their vision for their life while guiding them in gaining the tools and strengths needed to reach their goals.
With that experience and a passion for supporting people in realizing the visions they have for their life, she decided to capitalize on her strengths and make a career change to Technical Recruiting in February 2023. In her first year at Whitaker Technical, Nikki recruited and placed Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering, Process Controls, and Process Engineering professionals for refining and EPC companies throughout the US.
Her hope is that she’ll be here to support you in getting clear on what her clients and candidates really want for their careers and teams, and then collaborating with you long term to find the right match for what you’re looking for.
