Melody FisherLewek joined Whitaker in Fall 2022 as an IT Recruiter, where she quickly made a name for herself recruiting top talent for mid to senior level IT roles in the Texas market. Her hard work and dedication were recognized, and in June 2023, she advanced to Account Manager for Whitaker Professional to lead the recruiting team focused on Accounting & Finance and Human Resources.
She is a passionate recruiter committed to her professional growth so that she can serve as your trusted professional recruiting expert.
After launching her career in the healthcare and IT industries, Melody decided to pursue professional recruiting with Whitaker to continue her dedication to connecting great talent with great companies. Because of her background in international relations, Melody is better able to build authentic relationships with candidates and hiring teams to create successful recruiting experiences.
Melody has a bachelor’s degree in international/global studies from Elon University and is working towards a master’s degree in international/global studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She is based out of San Antonio, Texas.
