Mi McKeown joined Whitaker Technical in summer of 2022 to focus on recruiting senior level engineering professionals in refining, chemical and manufacturing industries. Her abilities and commitment to recruiting in demand talent has been quickly recognized and Mi has established her position as an integral member of the recruiting team.
Mi had built a successful career in the restaurant industry as Managing Partner at Longhorn Steakhouse where she maintained a staff of more than sixty team members, increased profitability by 52% in year one and 31% in year two and the best guest satisfaction scores in the whole company!
She took a brief hiatus to focus on being stay-at-home mom and has decided to capitalize on her strengths in building teams by joining Whitaker Technical focusing her career on helping engineers find their dream job to maximize their career growth.
Mi earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fairmont State University.
